Over the years I’ve become picky about what I buy when thrifting. It’s used to be that I picked up most things and just stored them or sold them for a small profit. These days I only buy things that I really want and find interesting, or things I can flip for five times the price or more. This means that most good things get left behind but I’ve made a habit of taking a photo of them before walking away. It helps me to research it later on and it’s also a good way of letting other people know where there’s good stuff. I post them on Flickr with geolocations so anyone wishing to pick them up can easily find them. Flip through the set below to see things I’ve left behind.
